The Art of Food at Shelburne Museum: Chocolate

On Valentine's Day 2015, Moonshadow Sweets participated in an event at Shelburne Museum "The Art of Food at Shelburne Museum: Chocolate".  Chocolatiers, Brewers, and Restaurants from across Vermont gathered at the Pizzagalli Center for Art and Education at Shelburne Museum.  150 guests attended the two hour tasting, while voting for their favorites in 4 categories: Best Sweet Bite, Best Savory Bite, Best Beverage, and Best Artistic Design.

Moonshadow Sweets offered tastings of Salted Caramels dipped in dark chocolate,  Twisted Toffee, and Cookie Dough Truffles. The votes were tallied, and Moonshadow Sweets won BEST SWEET BITE.  This was an amazing event, and an honor to be selected as the best among so many talented chocolatiers.
